Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to all room bookings made with RedCarmine Hotels through our website, direct calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, partner channels, or any other official booking source.

1. General Booking Policy

All confirmed bookings at RedCarmine Hotels are subject to the cancellation terms mentioned below. Guests are requested to carefully review their travel dates, guest details, and selected room type before confirming the reservation.

2. Free Cancellation Window

Guests may cancel their booking free of charge only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. In such cases, the eligible refund amount, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

3. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Check-In

If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the check-in date/time, RedCarmine Hotels reserves the right to charge one night retention amount or deduct the applicable booking value, depending on the booking plan, room category, and rate policy selected at the time of booking.

4. Non-Refundable / Promotional Bookings

Certain discounted, promotional, advance purchase, coupon-based, or special offer bookings may be marked as Non-Refundable. Such bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.

5. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive at the hotel on the booked check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the hotel may release the reserved room for further sale.

6. Early Check-Out

If a guest checks out earlier than the booked departure date, RedCarmine Hotels may charge for the room nights already blocked or may apply an early departure charge, depending on the rate plan and booking conditions. Refund for unused nights is not guaranteed and will be subject to hotel approval.

7. Date Change / Rescheduling

Change of stay dates, room type, or guest details after confirmation is subject to room availability and revised pricing on the requested new dates. RedCarmine Hotels does not guarantee rescheduling, and extra charges may apply.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment source. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, UPI, card issuer, or wallet provider. Convenience fees, payment gateway fees, or third-party service charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

9. Hotel-Initiated Cancellation

In the unlikely event that RedCarmine Hotels is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to operational reasons, maintenance issues, overbooking, safety concerns, or regulatory restrictions, the guest may be offered one of the following, at the hotel’s discretion:

  • alternative accommodation at the same or similar property, subject to availability, or
  • a full refund of the amount received for that booking.

10. Incorrect Booking Details

Guests are solely responsible for entering correct details such as check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, contact details, and room preferences. Incorrect information provided during booking may lead to modification charges, cancellation charges, or denial of check-in as per hotel rules.

11. Refund Restriction in Case of Policy Violation

No refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled or denied check-in due to violation of hotel rules, including but not limited to invalid ID submission, misconduct, illegal activity, exceeding room occupancy, or failure to comply with property policies.

12. Force Majeure

RedCarmine Hotels shall not be liable for refund or compensation in cases of events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruption, strikes, curfews, government restrictions, medical emergencies, or similar force majeure situations.

13. Group / Corporate / Long-Stay Bookings

Group bookings, corporate reservations, event-linked stays, or long-stay reservations may be governed by separate cancellation terms shared at the time of confirmation. In case of any conflict, the special agreed booking terms shall prevail over this general policy.
